b) Delivery Method

Final files are delivered digitally through secure platforms (e.g., download links, cloud storage, or private portals). If physical delivery (e.g., on a hard drive) is requested, additional costs and shipping timelines will apply.

c) Client Dependencies

Delivery cannot be completed if:

Clients retain full ownership of all raw materials they provide to us, including but not limited to:

We act only as service providers to process, edit, and enhance the content supplied by the client.

b) Final Edited Deliverables

Upon full payment, the client receives the final edited videos and associated files. Clients are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the final deliverables for their agreed purposes (e.g., marketing, corporate use, social media distribution, events, advertising).

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, Make My Vid does not restrict how the client uses the final deliverables after payment has been completed.

c) Make My Vid Rights

• •Portfolio Showcase: We reserve the right to use completed projects (or extracts thereof) in our portfolio, case studies, social media, or marketing materials, unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing before the project is completed.
